David Kane has a BS in Biology and Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MS in Organizational Psychology from Hahnemann University. David has been involved in a wide range of major change initiatives, including efforts at General Motors, BASF, ICI, Shell, ExxonMobil, Praxair, Millennium, Rohm and Haas, Eli Lilly, Aventis, TD Williamson, AstraZeneca, Borealis and DuPont.

Bill Houston has a BA in Chemistry from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance/Operations from the University of Pittsburgh. Bill’s clients have included BP, DuPont, Mallinckrodt, BASF, Witco, Millennium, IMC/Cargill and Caterpillar.
